- 2.1.1. aggregated information generated by our systems, or third party systems, to track the use of the Services but that does not identify you personally (Non-Personal Data);
- 2.1.2. personal information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other details that you may directly provide us from time to time (Personal Data); and
- 2.1.3. data collected from mapping technology used in the App (Location Data).
- 2.2. The type of information that HUB collects about you is dependent on the information you provide as part of your request for our Services and how you use our Services.
- 2.3. HUB will collect the types of information listed at clause 2.1 for the purposes of providing you with the Service and with your consent.
- 3. How we collect Information

- 3.3. HUB will collect Location Data whenever the App is operating on your device, and HUB will require that the App is active whenever you are carrying out delivery services for HUB.

- 4.1. Protecting data HUB receives from you is of crucial importance to HUB. While there is always some risk involved with transmitting information over the internet, HUB strives to protect against the misuse of any Non-Personal Data, Personal Data or Location Data that HUB receives from you via your use of our Services.
- 4.2. All information is stored in Australia, on cloud servers hosted by Amazon Web Services, and on servers owned and controlled by HUB.
- 5. The purposes for which we collect, hold, use and disclose information

- 5.1. HUB provides its customers with services to handle all aspects of their transport systems computer requirements, including job intake through despatch, billing, driver payments and management reporting. The Non-Personal Data, Personal Data and Location Data collected by HUB allows HUB to provide these services to its customers.
- 5.2. HUB does not sell or rent Non-Personal Data, Personal Data or Location Data to third parties.
- 5.3. HUB will use your Non-Personal Data in aggregate form to:

- 5.3.1. track data such as the total number of visits to the HUB website;
- 5.3.2. understand how the HUB website and the App is used so that HUB can constantly improve and enhance the Services.
- 5.3.3. create and improve other HUB services and products; and
- 5.3.4. measure and analyse the usage of the App and the HUB website.
- 5.4. HUB uses your Personal Data:

- 6.1.1. your Non-Personal Data will be disclosed to the third parties, such as internet service providers, to allow HUB to provide you with the Services; and
- 6.1.2. your Personal Data and Location Data will be disclosed to customers of HUB.
